My POE Switch is resting atop the ADSL Router, which looks more like a small electric stove than an actual router. The only way to keep my Switch from overheating is to elevate it above the Router, thus improving airflow between the two devices. Here's a customized base with dimensions of 160mm x 90mm x 45mm (L x W x H).
