Netgear GS316/GS116 Rack

Started with the GS308 8 port switch rackmount from https://www.thingiverse.com/registeredthing/about, I converted it for use with the larger GS316 16 port switch. It also fits the GS116 16 port switch. The left side was stretched to fit the switch, the switch mounting holes were moved, and the switch opening was enlarged by 0.5mm. The right side was shortened and two keystone module openings were added. The center compartment was modified to use a 0.125 inch or 3mm shaft for a cover hinge. Excess material was removed to save filament. I've provided a version of the compartment with integrated printing supports. Designed using Inventor 2019, IPT files have been included so you can customize the components. IPT files for the toolbodies are also available. Pay close attention to the user parameters for toolbody placement and quantity. In most cases, the patch panel can be fully configured just by modifying these parameters. For example, open the RH patch panel. Save as a new file. Then modify the width and keystone_qty parameters. Other compatible rack modules can be developed using these same toolbodies.
