This is a custom wall mount designed specifically for the SG-1000 Firewall from NetGate. For mounting purposes, the minimal version is perfect when you have the network ports facing upwards. However, the model B allows for flexible mounting in any direction. To ensure a secure fit, you will need to obtain the correct screws. I am currently waiting on an order to confirm their size, but you can easily measure them from your SG-1000 device to make an informed decision. Please disregard any minor print issues; the design model is accurate, and my printer was simply running too quickly during the test fit phase. **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: Wanhao * Printer Model: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 2mm * Infill Percentage: 20% **Notes on Printing** Printing is relatively straightforward, as the device itself does not weigh significantly. However, it's essential to ensure that the holes in the plastic are large enough for your screws. If necessary, you can use a drill to enlarge them. **Post-Printing Assembly** To assemble this wall mount, simply screw it into the bottom of the SG-1000 and then secure it to a wall using drywall or wood screws. **Design Process** I designed this custom wall mount using TinkerCad, which is an excellent tool for creating complex shapes. The design consists of various rectangles, cones, and cylinders used to create the screw holes. To achieve precision, I employed careful measuring and conducted several test prints before finalizing the design.
