Manufactured using 3D printing techniques, an ABS object at a thickness of 0.30mm under normal operating conditions is produced on mini UP! equipment, fitting snugly over the Netduino base. Pressing the lid onto place makes it securely fit without requiring additional fastening means such as clips. Initial prototype display features large rectangular area for the USB connector but this has been altered from original specifications. Visible gaps have also been minimized around power jack and CAT5 socket installations. In addition, initial positioning of SD card insertion point was too low but adjustments were made to STL file output for correct alignment.
