I've designed disk trays specifically for use with NetApp DS4243/DS4246 disk shelves after five iterations. To minimize print material and time, empty circles have been added without compromising rigidity. Several versions were printed using PLA, and I'm now using them in a DS4243 setup, which requires standard M2 x 3mm hard drive screws that can be purchased here: https://amazon.com/gp/product/B071NP3NM4. These disk trays are compatible only with 3.5" hard drives.
