Send visual feedback from your domotica in to your living room by connecting a NeoPixel ring to an ESP8266 using [McLighting](https://github.com/toblum/McLighting) and MQTT or directly to a Raspberry Pi (Domoticz). This will give you real-time visual notifications. You can create stunning effects like the ones seen in this video: https://youtu.be/YDEGidvNu9I?t=33s The NeoPixel ring I'm using has 16 NeoPixels, with an outside diameter of 45mm and an inside diameter of 31mm. You can buy one just like it on AliExpress. To send feedback from Domoticz to the LED ring, I'll write a Python script. As of March 2nd, I've made some updates to ensure a perfect fit with my mounting plate: * The diameter is now 73mm instead of 76mm. * The height has been reduced to 8mm, making the distance between the LED and the wall just 5mm.
