You might want to print each with ABS using a specific printer configuration such as 'Simplify3D' using a dual extrusion – layer size is quite low at about 0.3mm up until a depth where changes the extruder parameters completely in switching process from .15 layers or above, although some could potentially see acceptable quality when they switch completely.
