Prepare the mold for the trays using three shapes cut from MDF material. Take a Mayku Form Sheet from its packet and place it in the FormBox, then start heating up the plastic material. Position the first template at the center of the vacuum plate, possibly fitting two more next to each other if space allows. Monitor the plastic as it softens evenly across the entire sheet of plastic. Form the mold using the Mayku Form Sheet. Allow the sheet to cool down completely before carefully popping out the template. Remove your template from the form by applying firm pressure on top of the form. Carefully trim away any excess material with a pair of scissors. Use fine-grit sandpaper to smooth out the edges of the template. Repeat this process to create all three parts of the mold.
