This is Nessa! She is human/octopus hybrid, otherwise known as a Cecaelia, Mertopus or Octomaid. She has 2 versions, one holding a turtle and the other holding an axolotl. As with Malakai (He can be found here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/malakai-the-mertopus-articulated-octopus-print-in-place-no-supports), she has multiple files with different bottoms.
