I like to refill my capsules. I use the adhesive foils, works well and can be made in advance. I have tried other methods like my cap. I sill use it if I am in a hurry. No filters. I made this plug to easily seat the foil all in one step. Fits snug inside the rim so I get the best seal. It can also can be used to hold the capsule while filling. I made the second one about 5% larger so it was not so snug as a stand.
