Nespresso DeLonghi Inissia EN80.CW replacement basket / capsule container ==================== This is a replacement basket for the Nespresso DeLonghi Inissia EN80.CW. It will probably fit with other machines too, but I have not tested it yet. Following points where important for me --------------------- +Easy to print (no or only minimal support) +It must fit perfectly but have some tolerance for cheaper printers or printers with bigger nozzles +Design must be “easy” to avoid any kind of stringing etc. +I personally don’t find it very attractive if all my guest see, that the basked is nearly full and I was just to lazzy to clear it. This is why I decided to only put in 3 cicrles in the middle. It is enough to see if there are some capsules from a near distance. Resolution --------------------- I would print the upper part with 0.2mm to get the circles round. If you use S3D you could print until the first circles with a bigger layer height and then with 0.2mm. In my pictures I printed everything with a 0.8mm nozzle very fast (to fast) and with 0.6mm layer height. It was quick and dirty to get the prototype work, because I needed very fast a new basket. Material --------------------- For the prototyp I used PLA. For the longterm use I highly suggest to use PetG because of the humidity, acid and the potential hot water dropping out with the capsules. Supports --------------------- Only minimal support is needed around the corner where the basket has an overhang. Suggestions --------------------- All suggestions are welcome and I will do my best to add them (if I know how) and publish a new version. Remix --------------------- Feel free to remix it. The CAD (Step) File is attached and available to download. If you do so, please be so kind and post your remix (STL and CAD file) and link it to this project. So everbody else can use the improved version from you. Disclaimer --------------------- This is my first project in Fusion360 and done fast (quick and dirty).
