I finally nailed down the perfect design after about 3 iterations, allowing me to effortlessly push out the cups. I've attached the .rsdoc file so you can easily customize it using the free "Design Spark Mechanical" software. This file also includes a single version, making it easy to create different designs for various quantities by downloading DSP from http://www.rs-online.com/designspark/electronics/eng/page/mechanical.
