Nespresso Capsule Filler / Holder

I've designed a 3D printable capsule filler for the most widely used coffee capsule maker, Nespresso. This innovative design is created because there isn't already a 3D printable solution available. The design is straightforward and prints quickly, taking about an hour to complete. After several prototypes, I was able to perfect the fit of this filler for Nespresso capsules. Testing with a layer height of 0.32 and 10% infill resulted in a strong product, but if you prefer a more detailed logo appearance, printing with a standard 0.2 layer height will provide better results. This design aims to simplify the process of filling and reusing Nespresso capsules. To use this device, all you need is foil and coffee – no additional purchases required. Each serving of coffee will cost significantly less than the original price of 20-30 euro cents, with costs reduced to as little as 3/4 euro cent per serving. Enjoy your affordable coffee!
