NESE based 18650 battery modules and add-ons.

I use 18650 batteries in my skateboard and utilize modules from www.18650.lt. Each module comprises raised copper tabs and a box. I'm sharing some modifications to the original box design, featuring a smaller enclosure that requires some soldering. **For Battery Boxes** Print with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height, using PETG or ABS preferred, with supports enabled for the version with standoff support. First, print at 100% scale and then adjust to 100.2%, 100.4%, etc., if compression is causing the enclosure to crack. Secure the lid in place with 10mm M2 screws and use M3 screws for standoffs. All screws should be lightly tightened to prevent plastic cracking. Threadlocker can damage plastic, so use it minimally. **For DIY Tab Sets** If individuals want to cut their own tabs, they can print the dbms_tabs2_flat_pattern.pdf file, paste it onto a 0.6mm sheet of copper, and then cut it with shears.
