Thwomp isn't just a formidable dungeon guard for Bowser - he also moonlights as my key guardian. Unfortunately, this side hustle isn't exactly lucrative since his rewards are limited to pocket lint and all the Chap-Stick he can use. I created Thwomp using one shade of gray PLA, which I later darkened with acrylic paint to give him a more menacing appearance. The eyes and teeth were made from white PLA, while a thin coat of Liquitex Gloss Medium & Varnish added a glossy finish to his entire design. If you have multiple shades of gray filament at your disposal, I've included STL files for printing each color separately, as well as an all-in-one STL file featuring the grays. No supports are necessary when printing Thwomp, and I recommend using an infill density of around 30% for optimal results.
