R.O.B. was a game-changing accessory for the Nintendo Entertainment System released in 1985. The toy came pre-loaded with the Gyromite game and an array of accessories needed to play it. Less known is Stack-Up, a standalone game that required its own set of accessories purchased separately. This set included the game cartridge, five color-coded blocks, five stand pieces to install on the R.O.B. base, and two hand grip attachments. This project offers replacement parts for R.O.B., with current availability including blocks and stands, and grips arriving soon. To make a temporary fix, simply use a piece of sponge and some rubber bands to secure the grips in place. The printable parts are designed without supports or rafts but may need adjustments depending on your printer brand. I successfully printed my samples using a DaVinci Jr., but settings may vary for different models. Check the "Print Settings" box for more information. R.O.B.'s original blocks weighed around 8-9 grams, while the replacements weigh approximately 12 grams when printed with my settings. Although this slight weight difference doesn't affect R.O.B.'s performance, if your robot struggles to lift all the blocks, try reducing the infill to improve stability.
