NES Pi Cart for Raspberry Pi Zero/Zero 2

While there are a few designs out there for NES Pi Carts many of them are based on hardware that has changed or is unavailable now. For this reason I decided to make this newer design based on hardware that is currently accessible on Amazon. Here is the parts list: -Micro USB extension: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HAOK7XE?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details -Mini HDMI adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MU2YPXO?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details -USB OTG hub: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JL837X8?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details -4 M2 x 5 mm screws Tips for proper fitment: Be sure to remove all plastic as shown in the picture. Scrape it clean and flush so there are no bits protruding. The model is fairly exact so you don't want anything getting in the way. If you have any elephant's foot make sure you trim it off or it may hit the sides. You'll of course need to remove the plastic shell from the OTG hub, if you put a small flat screwdriver blade between the rubber cord and the shell bottom it should pop off quite easily. Then you'll want to bend and route the cord so that it fits into the bezel as shown. You may also want to put a few dabs of glue around the areas where the two halves meet up, and clamp them together. I've noticed bezels like this tend to bow out and not stay together flush because the NES cartridge doesn't have anything putting pressure on the middle area. I considered adding screw holes to screw the halves together but I would be unable to fit one into the left side, so gluing seemed simpler. As it's a tight fit for all the ports, try and avoid HDMI/USB/etc. cables with extra fat plastic around the connector.
