I'm still working on getting it right. Edit: v2 has a slightly deeper notch that fits into the top, but I'm not sure if it works yet. I'm printing now. Edit 2: Version 2.5 has a bigger notch that is more snug and will keep them together. The good ones are cart1v2.STL and cart2v2.5.STL. Edit 3: So I made the latch versions, but they may be brittle. I made two versions - one that fits with a toothpick and another that fits with a small paperclip. Check out the pics; they should work. I printed them at a lower speed and better quality, which made them stronger. I highly recommend it; it should only take an hour to print one. Also, here are templates for the labels (thanks to https://www.instructables.com/id/NES-Cartridge-Wireless-Router/ for the pic - I converted it to PSD).
