NES CONTROLLER GRIP
thingiverse
A buddy asked for a more comfortable grip on his NES, so I built one to fill that need. Since other grips fell short of comfort standards, I took it upon myself to create this solution. This grip is designed to hold the controller securely but still requires some customization - you'll need to add a piece of foam to either side to prevent controllers from getting stuck or fitting too tightly and scratching the controller in the process. At the top, there's a hole for cable management. You can use a velcro tie or zip tie to keep cables organized and out of the way. This grip is used by somewes in their speedruns - check them out on twitch.tv/somewes. If you're interested in getting one printed, I'm selling them at NES4.fun. Print one for yourself or a friend and enjoy playing your retro games with comfort. I took inspiration from Vince_Prints' PS4 Decoy Controller design on thingiverse.com/thing:3882003.
