NES Card Holder

NES Card Holder

After stumbling upon a photo of a hinged NES case and being unable to track down the original maker or STL file, I set out to create my own version. I decided to simplify the design by omitting the hinge altogether, opting for a cleaner look instead. I designed a sleeve that closely resembles those used for NES game cartridges, carefully scaling them to fit snugly in place and relying on friction to keep them secure. If there's enough interest, I may revisit this project and add texture to the sleeves for an extra touch of realism. Thanks to their slender design, two to three models can easily fit within a standard Nintendo Switch Game Case - two with sleeves and three without. I'm already planning a separate carrying case for these models, which will be available soon. For reference, the Reddit post that inspired this project can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/feqcim/these_are_the_coolest_cases_ever/ I chose to exclude the warning label and screw holes on the back of the game cart, but if there's enough interest, I'll upload alternate versions that include these features.
