NES Cable Connector
thingiverse
I designed an NES cable endcap for my buddy, brought it to life in Tinkercad, and had Rep 2 spit out the final product. He told me it fit snug (unfortunately, my old NES had met its demise.) Steps to create a seamless finish on models like this one featuring slender tubes: Thin-walled cylinder designs beg for extra care; reducing shell thickness to 1 while bumping up infill percentage to 100% prevents inner and outer wall delamination from ruining the piece. I printed it initially with a two-shell setup, but still haven't attempted to slice it with single shells at maximum infill - maybe I'll get around to that later.
