NES-350-12 Power Supply Cover with Switch
thingiverse
This cover is designed specifically for the MeanWell NES-350-12 power supply and comes equipped to fit a Fused IEC320 Switch with a 30x50mm cut out and two mounting screws spaced at 50mm intervals. The power supply cover includes ventilation openings as well as holes for all three types of mounting points, including 3mm and 4mm screws. To attach the switch, you'll need to use some random small machine screws, which were available in my spare parts box. However, depending on what screw you choose to secure the switch plate, you might need to drill out the pilot holes for a better fit. The front of the cover has six holes: two 6mm and four 4mm. These holes allow for clean and organized wiring, including 12awg and 16awg wires used in heated bed, Ramps, or other projects. When soldering AC wires to the switch, ensure a 90-degree angle (as shown) for adequate clearance. For added short-circuit protection, I used the transparent MeanWell terminal cover inside this power supply cover. Print Settings: - Printer: Makerfarm Pegasus 10 - Rafts: No - Supports: No - Resolution: 0.2mm - Infill: 100% - Notes: To prevent bridging during printing, print the cover face down. The side vent holes may still require some minor cleanup. This design was created using Autodesk Fusion 360.
