Nerf Vortex Proton Disk Hopper
thingiverse
This 2-disk magazine for the Nerf Vortex Proton disk gun enables three shots (two in the hopper and one loaded) without reloading. Watch a video demonstration here; however, be aware that it may jam due to safety systems built into the toy. This issue persists even without the hopper attached. To bypass these safeties, refer to other online resources. Additionally, you can create larger clips from the scad file if desired. I have also designed a 5-disk version, but haven't tested it yet. Remember, all trademarks belong to Hasbro, and this project is not affiliated with them. Assembling the gun requires screwing the pullback into the holder using a #4 sheet metal screw or similar. Securely attach the hopper with removable glue for easier disassembly later. To ensure proper positioning, use glue with some volume to adjust placement as needed. Ensure the pullback is positioned at the back of its space to prevent it from hitting the release tab and causing jamming issues.
