Replacement gear for the rack and pinion assembly on a Nerf Ultra. A photo is included showing the replacement gear location. Mine printed tight for the axle, but I was able to push it on as a press fit. You may be able to drill it out if it is too small. I printed at 0.16 layer height and 80% infill. But my Anet A8 doesn't have the best resolution, so your printer may do better with more aggressive settings.
