Nerf Ultra compatible "Ultima" darts mold and jig

The head mold and cutting jig for the Ultima darts is designed to be fully compatible with the Nerf Ultra flywheel-based blasters. Besides filament, several materials are used in this project: Smooth-On Vytaflex 40 is utilized as a key component. Felt 5/8 (or 1/2) circles play a crucial role in the assembly process. A 5/8 foam backer rod is also employed for added support. High temp hot glue guns and corresponding glue are used to secure various parts together.
