Nerf Takedown Blade Sight
thingiverse
I got the NERF Rival "Takedown" a while ago for our office wars, it's nice and small and perfect for close quarters, but the stock sight (more accurately lack of) can make it a pain when aiming at fellow office workers from across the cubicle farm. This is a simple blade sight that just slips right over the part on the front of the muzzle. When I printed it, it held pretty tight by just friction alone, but I went ahead and glued it right on. Our wars can get kind of intense so I didn't want it slipping off. I admit, this sight, coupled with my muzzle attachment and rails have really made my Takedown stand out and have received plenty of compliments from fellow office warfare participants. Eventually I plan to make a corresponding ring sight for the rear. As of now the only attachment I can think of is to glue one on, either make it butt right up against the end of the rail or back behind the stupid flange, ducktail, whatever you want to call it on the top of the Takedown. Whatever, just enjoy this front blade sight for now. And if you print, share pics!
