Nerf tacmod barrel shroud

A custom-fit 3D printed barrel shroud for the Nerf Rapidstrike, crafted to meet specific requirements despite its rough design. The model, although unpolished, seamlessly integrates with my RS, allowing for a snug fit. Notably, this shroud is optimized for use with 28mm aluminum barrels, but can be easily modified to accommodate standard Nerf faux barrel components. The primary objective of this project was to achieve perfect alignment between the flywheel cage, barrel, and barrel shroud, resulting in a more precise and accurate RS platform. By integrating my modified OFP cages' dart guide into the ALU barrel, which then fits neatly within the shroud, any misalignment issues are eliminated, significantly enhancing the overall performance of the Rapidstrike system.
