Nerf Strongarm to Modulus Barrel Adapter

Nerf Strongarm to Modulus Barrel Adapter

thingiverse

I decided to adapt my modulus chronobarrel for use on my Strongarms by modifying an existing modulus barrel into a sliding attachment that connects directly to the Chronobarrel. The new design allows it to fit securely in place during testing and shooting, significantly improving results compared to holding the chronobarrel separately in front of the strongarm. Although the fit isn't tight enough for battle-ready use, I'm pleased with how well it stays in position. Future refinements may include a more secure 'click' mechanism for easier installation. Printed using my Anycubic I3 Mega 3D printer, following Cura's default 'medium' settings: layer height at .2mm and 25% infill. To support the overhang on the barrel, supports were necessary but proved easy to remove with a small flathead screwdriver once inside.
