This is the SLA rifling insert design from the High Speed Foam SLURPEE SCAR previously sold on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/listing/840627404/nerf-sla-slurpee-scar-barrel

These are meant to be printed upright on an SLA machine such as the SL1 or similar (see slicer image for print orientation and support structure). The recommended support structure consists of 12 points on the bottom face.

I designed these inserts to be printed on my Prusa SL1 in Prusa tough resin at 0.05mm layer height. While they can be printed on any printer in most resins, it is likely that adjustments will need to be made to some of the critical dimensions in order to get the best results. Thus I have included STEP and f3d files for ease of making adjustments.

The inner diameter of the rifling land pattern is a critical dimension that will affect the performance of the insert. In my testing, the ideal inner diameter of the land pattern should be about 0.5" or 12.7mm. A 0.5" rod or tube such as a Caliburn ram should be able to slide through the insert with minimal friction but also minimal play. Depending on what darts you use you may want to go a bit tighter or looser, and I recommend trying a few different sizes if you are looking to maximize performance and accuracy of your blaster and darts. I also recommend using the press pull feature in Fusion 360 to adjust the 12 land faces (shown in the second to last image).

The insert is designed to be press fit into a SLURPEE straw and the contact points with the straw are the two rings at the top and bottom of the straw (see last image). For most straws I have found that an outer diameter of 16.1mm is a good fit, but some looser straws might need the 16.2mm OD version. If you find that neither of these sizes work well with your straws, I recommend adjusting the ring dimensions and testing a few different sizes.
