All credit goes to AgentOrin, who was inspired by a well-known Nerf modder on YouTube. I used Meshmixer to stitch together multiple shells that were giving Cura and Slic3r headaches. The hopper and lid were split into separate files to make placement easier on smaller print beds. Supports are crucial for this print. To get it to stick to my masking tape print bed, I had to wipe the tape down with isopropyl alcohol. This wasn't necessary with other prints. I'd prefer to extend the outer shell of the hopper down to the print bed at an angle that won't require support. However, this will have to wait until I learn 3D modeling. Update: Top cover added, split in half for small print beds. The two halves hold together decently without glue. Matchbox red PLA is a reasonable match for the red blaster.
