Nerf Rival Nemesis Battery Cover MXVII-10K
thingiverse
The first released STL for the Nerf Rival Nemesis Battery door that I know of. I picked up a Nemesis through OfferUp locally for a steal, the only problem is that it was missing its battery tray cover. Since I planned on upgrading it to a 3S lipo fairly immediate, I didn't bother trying to secure a battery pack, but I still needed a cover so the battery wasn't flopping around like a fish out of water when I'm chasing my kids or if I went to a Nerf battle. So I pulled out my calipers and a lot of trial and error and wasted filament, I designed a basic (but honestly not so basic as the sides taper and the curvature at the top sides) cover that slides on and secures with a M4 bolt or thumbscrew in the stock location. I have also included pieces that do not have the M4 bolt hole as its a pretty tight fit and isn't truly needed. There is multiple options available. I made one with what I'm calling flair for 2 piece printing so you can print the main body face down. The body will fit on the Prusa MK3 bed if you rotate it in your slicer. Only need supports under the tab that hooks in the front by the hopper and Maybe under the side tabs that lock it into place (probably not needed, but it was a big print so I didn't want to print the whole thing a 3rd time) There is also one with built in flair and you can print that one facing upwards, but will need supports underneath. I printed mine at 20% infill with PETG.
