My Plungerrod snapped into two pieces for no apparent reason with a stock spring. So I created a new one. Printed in ABS and 100% infill with 0.2 layer height. Might work with less infill or PETG but haven't tested it. Support is required for the overhang. This design has the following improvements over the stock plunger rod. Thicker head and straight head section, full rod instead of hollowed out. Enjoy!
