Human: *only tested on HERA blaster All together this is a 5-piece print, requiring no supports needed. No need to use any screws or springs for this magazine! Edit 1/24 After more testing, I found a weakness on the 'lock' tab. I am away from my printer now, but I have removed some 90-degree angles from such a small piece on the file. I'll update as needed. Edit 1/31 More testing later, I perfected the 10-round magazines. All 5 parts can be printed without supports except the lock. Edit: Doesn't need support. Print sideways! Needs to be horizontal, and it was also redesigned a bunch. I have a 15-round prototype now with a semi-double stack on the bottom. I also made the bottom of the magazines have a pass-through for the follower. Much easier when tweaking the elastic cord. Then a filament rivet for locking the bottom. Edit 2/2 Finished up the 'instructable'... The 15-rounders and 10-rounders are perfected (for now). I also kept both 10 and 15 round magazines open-bottom with a filament lock. Both magazines can now be completely glued together, then the follower and cords can be secured at your leisure. (See updated picture) I went through three versions of followers to only find out that the first one had the best movement, even for a double stacker. Only tools needed are super glue, lighter, 1/16th bit, sandpaper, and bungee cord, and tweezers for the cord. I only have the Nerf Rival Hera to test these on. I'm not sure if they will also fit the Apollo or Helios. They definitely will not fit a Zeus or other horizontal loader. Edit 2/3 It's up guys. I'll still post a video of the shooting and loading. Maybe an assembly video... Hit up the comments for any questions. I have more pics for more detailed assembly of where to drill and the look of the bungee cord fibers I used. Edit 2/19 Cut a groove in the bottom of the follower to go past the filament lock. You can squeeze another round in! Edit 3/18 No need for the groove on the follower. I noticed that groove causes more jams. Instead, just remove the filament lock from the bottom, and count your rounds to 16. Also, print the lock laying on its side. No need for supports, and it is much stronger.
