Nerf Pilot LHF (Long Haul Flight)

Multiple options for the Nerf Pilot.  These have all been printed and tested.  Fires well with stock spring, heavier springs will get more FPS.  Uses a 90 mm length of 17/32 K&S brass tube as a barrel that sits inside a suppressor looking body.  The brass requires flaring at one end and the suppressor has a larger inner diameter opening for the flaring and then a chamfered shelf that will hold the brass barrel.  There are two options, a round suppressor and a rectangle body (that more closely imitates the body of the original Pilot).  The front ends are separate pieces that allow them to be printed different colours without filament swapping.  The inline clip section will hold 5 darts with the 5th requiring a little push that will seat the 1st dart deeper into the brass.  Only some of the narrow and tall objects in the print guide require skirt (pink) and support (green).  For the rectangle suppressor, there are two front end options, a straight short cap and another with a modified Thanhtacles Trivictus scar embedded inside it.  The caps are all held with 2 small Nerf screws.    You should not need more than one layer of electrical tape on the brass or the inline clip to get them to be seated tightly.  I have included a brass tool that you can use to tap the brass barrel into place with a rubber mallet.  You do not need to print this piece as part of the project.  The top rail sits on the Pilot's front spine and is affixed with 4 Nerf screws.  It's important that this piece was on the front of the blaster and not the grip section because I noticed that the Pilot has inconsistent breech and locking closure.  There's some flexing left to right, up and down.  So mounting the optic to the front section means it is always aligned perfectly with the barrel.  The rail has a 1 degree downward angle to help the zero sighting on most optics that will likely be too high for the short range of the foam darts.There is a notch guide in the inline clip piece and this will face up.  There is a matching groove cut in the suppressor bodies that allow for easy orientation to make sure it's centred.  Earliest versions didn't have this guide.  Gluing and eyeballing for alignment is easier now.You will need to do AaronBakery's thumb release modification so priming each time won't open the breech.  I have modified his thumb button into a larger dimensions and slightly different shape.  Original can be found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5830514 The inline clip uses the teethed collar section that fits into the pilot barrel opening from gtsrola.  Original can be found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5850780Thantacles' Trivictus Whisker found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5174583Calling it the LHF in homage to ehdrien's TKO for the Nerf Rival Knockout.
