Nerf Phoenix LTX Battery Cover
thingiverse
I designed this Nerf Phoenix LTX battery cover to replace one that was missing on a used tagger I purchased recently. This battery cover should fit perfectly just like the original cover, no problems whatsoever. It requires two M3 8mm screws to secure it to the Phoenix tightly. The lower part of the screw hole is intentionally made snug so when the screws are backed out, they stay in the cover without falling out accidentally. I printed this battery cover on its side using PLA and an adhesion plate for a smooth finish. The top side of the cover comes out almost perfectly while the bottom side needs some cleaning up to look great because of the supports used during printing. Once it's printed, make sure all small support pieces are removed from where it touches the gun to ensure a perfect fit. If you print this and it works for you, please let me know in the comments below so I can see how it goes. I uploaded the "v2" version which has ridges around the outer rim to make it look even more like the original cover.
