Problems with reliable printing persisted until it was discovered that a solitary layer height discrepancy on the pins forced the remainder of the hook to print at layer 2, failing to adhere properly to the print bed. By default, slic3r and cura's support settings appear to lack coverage for this singular layer issue. This remix rectifies the problem by removing the extra layer from the pins, allowing them to lie flat on the print bed, and printing reliably without supplementary support. The revised design includes both single and double length pegboard hooks.
