Nerf Nanofire compatible suppressor

This was an attempt to make a functional ‘suppressor’ for the Nerf Nanofire foam dart blaster. It uses the ‘High-Tech Koozie’ design as a basis to obtain a chamber divided into compartments, similar to real suppressors. The whole is attached onto the barrel of the blaster by means of a kind of bayonet fitting. The attempt failed: this has no noticeable effect on noise because obviously most of the noise from the blaster does not come out of the barrel. Therefore the only reason why you may want to print this, is because it looks cool and also gives you a slightly better way of aiming by means of the extra ‘iron sight’ (plastic sight?) The holes in the sides were added to reduce possible negative impact on performance. From the tests I did, mounting this device has no effect on dart speed or accuracy, as long as the darts are high quality and do not have wonky off-center tips that could rub against the inner parts of the ‘suppressor.’ Loading darts obviously becomes slightly more cumbersome due to the extra length. The simplest solution is to use a second dart to push in the one you're going to be firing. Disclaimer: This accessory is not endorsed by Nerf or Hasbro.
