NERF MP40 barrel
thingiverse
This is a NERF barrel extension designed after the WWII German MP40 sub-machine gun, and you can read more about it on Wikipedia at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP_40. There's a "bayonet mount" ring mount that lets you connect it to some NERF blasters using a "twist-lock" mechanism. Some trimming of the connector may be necessary, or you might need to add a couple layers of masking tape to get a tight fit, depending on your blaster. Be sure not to force connection, as this can break your NERF blaster. The added length could potentially increase accuracy of your shots, but it might not have any effect at all. I'd love to hear feedback from people who try this model out. It was designed in OpenSCAD and printed on a Wanhao 4s using Cura to slice the model. On my printer, printing without supports works fine, but there are some minor issues with overhangs that clean up nicely. You probably want to use supports for better results, and I like using a raft or brim with my prints.
