Nerf Kronos Speedloader 2
thingiverse
I tweaked the basic concept to pack more into a tighter space. Now, it grips rival rounds snugly, ensuring they stay put when not in use. While this might cause some deformation over time, I've never encountered any issues with it. The end cap has been streamlined - its sole purpose is to fit onto the tube's end. I molded the plunger's head to better capture the rival round as it's pressed down. The plunger fits inside the tube with minimal play. Many nerf battles have put this design to the test alongside the Kronos, and it's held up well. Design files from Sketchup are included for anyone interested in refining the dimensions or making further adjustments. I'm aware most designers now use Fusion 360, but these files might be importable. Note that the "nerf kronos speedloader 2 b.skp" file isn't a printable part - it was used as a starting point to test fit and then extrude the rest of the design from.
