Barrels for the Nerf Knockout: Get it Right with These Tips. Print two perimeter walls, then sand down the interior if it's still too snug. The external fit is meant to be slightly loose for easier compatibility - you can either use some tape (masking tape works well) or epoxy for a more permanent fix. Keep in mind that Mega v2 has a tighter barrel fit, but I find the original performs better. However, results may vary, so it's worth experimenting to see what works best for you. The Knockout Inline lets you load up to three half darts into the barrel at once. Use any 5/8" or 16mm diameter barrel material and chamfer the inside to make loading easier. I've had great success with a 1.5" long CPVC barrel. To fire, simply load a dart through the Knockout breech and pull the trigger - repeat as needed.
