I built a housing using a broken Lomography fisheye 35mm camera lens that can attach to an iPhone SE, iPhone 5, or iPhone 5s. These affordable Lomography fisheye cameras can be easily found on eBay and might also work with other lenses. A detachable bracket allows it to connect to a Nerf gun. The housing comes in three parts: the phone backing, phone retainer plate, and lens retainer. I'm planning to upload another file without the lens attachment so you can use your iPhone without it. To assemble it, simply bolt together using eight M2 screws and nuts and slide onto the Nerf gun rail for epic battle footage.
