This is a box designed for launching 127 Nerf darts with precision. The box is specifically tailored to accommodate darts measuring 73.4mm in length and 12.7mm in diameter, ensuring a snug fit. Printing the box on an Ender3 takes approximately 24 hours for the base and 12 hours for the top. For slicing, I utilized CURA with "generic PLA" material settings and "fine" quality options. No supports or plate adhesion were necessary. Please be aware that stringing can occur due to improper settings. It happened to me as well, resulting in unwanted thin surfaces between hexagon vertices. Removing these was essential since the sharp edges could damage the darts. The internal dividers of the hexagonal cells are 0.3mm wide by design, so it's crucial to select a resolution on the slicer software that is equal to or greater than 0.3mm for accurate printing.
