Nerf Hammershot 8-Shot Cylinder - PETG Version
thingiverse
I tweaked my original design for PETG printing, using significantly less overflow and adding some grip to the dart tubes. This makes it possible to use new or old darts with much less hassle. These models will probably work well for PLA too, but I haven't tested them yet. I'm using SCIGRIP 4 to weld these parts together. Do your solvent welding outside! This particular solvent contains dichloromethane, trichloroethylene and a methyl methacrylate monomer. If you don't know what those are, look up the information before using them. Most parts were printed in Spiralize, so some test prints may be necessary (don't worry, sources are included in the Design section). With all flow restrictions removed, we reached 70 fps on the regular. Take the Hammershot peg from [Horsengineer](https://www.thingiverse.com/Horsengineer/about) from the [7-shot cylinder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1274005). That design inspired this build, so thank you kindly. The primary difference is the liberal use of spiralize, making those tubes smooth as butter. I now have a fully spiral vase compatible [cylinder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3530614), so no assembly is required.
