Nerf Hammershot 8-Shot ( count'm ) Cylinder - Tested and Awesome
thingiverse
I've never thought to myself "I've gone too far". Eight shots from my Nerf Hammershot make it possibly the best thing ever - I'm thrilled! Printing in PLA is recommended, since you can weld with acetone instead of serious chemicals. Do this outside. If you're set on solvent welding ABS or PET, SCIGRIP 3 or 4 are good options. They contain dichloromethane, trichloroethylene and methyl methacrylate monomer - look them up before using them. I now have a fully spiral vase that's compatible with no assembly required. Most parts are printed in Spiralize, so test prints may be necessary ( sources included in the Design section ). With all flow restrictions removed, we hit 70 fps on the regular version - I'm not sure if that's good, but the vanilla version shoots 55ish. HammerShot_Peg.STL is straight from Horsengineer's 7-shot cylinder and inspired this build. Thanks for the design - the primary difference is Spiralize, making those tubes smooth as butter.
