Ambidextrous mag release for The Gecko blaster by Ehdrien, replaces mag detent piece. Print orientation in photo, I printed at .25mm layer height, 4 walls, 20% infill. Authorized sellers: USA: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SuperStressed3D Europe: https://www.etsy.com/shop/RainbowModsandProps ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requires: - 2x M3 socket screws (same screws that hold original mag detent piece in place - 1x 5-6mm Diameter, 8mm long compression spring, anything around that size will work Assembly: Remove rear frame section from The Gecko and remove mag detent. Insert "Mag hook" into "release". Hook points down towards the bottom of the U shape of "release" Put spring in spring indent on "center" and slide into "release". Make sure the pieces slide freely inside each other, and then insert assembly into The Gecko's rear frame. Line up screw holes of frame with "center" and screw both screws in through the "release: cutouts on either side. Reassemble Gecko Notes: May need minimal sanding to get mag hook to friction fit into release, and sanding on all contact surfaces of release, center, and Gecko rear frame piece for smooth action. Also the hook at the end of "Mag hook" may need some filing to get mags to gravity drop.
