Nerf Flat-Top Adapter

This adapter was designed for a friend who needed it to attach an item to his Nerf gun. He required a flat-top adapter that could be glued onto the gun. The measurements found in the "Nerf_FlatTop_Adapter.step" and "Nerf_FlatTop_Adapter-original.thing" files are precise, taken directly from the Nerf gun. However, my 3D printer consistently produced prints that did not match these dimensions. To address this issue, I scaled up the adapter by 6% using Makerbot Desktop, resulting in the file "Nerf_FlatTop_Adapter-106%.thing." Be aware that your scaling needs may differ from mine, so take this into consideration when printing. The photos show an adapter printed with the following settings: Extruder Temperature: 205c Bed Temperature: 110c Resolution: 0.13 Infill Density: 30% Shell Layers: 1 This print was made using a Makerbot Replicator 2x and MakeShaper Purple ABS.
