Nerf Firestrike venturi restrictor replacement w/ dart stop

This is a straightforward remix of Mnorton95's Firestrike Brass Barrel and Venturi replacer, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3386519. The only modification made was adding four tiny dart stops to prevent vacuum loading. With the barrel being large enough for a dart to fit down through it, this addition is crucial, as a brass barrel alone may not be sufficient to stop darts from entering the plunger tube. The stops are sufficiently small that they do not interfere with airflow but are just large enough to keep darts out of the way. Printing with no supports proved to be unproblematic.
