NERF ESPER/Mk18

Due to ongoing issues with Thingiverse, I have removed all key blaster files hosted here and will be rehosting or posting an update on my Etsy shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/meakerarms). Thank you for your support. *** 10/1/19: Added the Plunger Internal, rambase through, and shell_brass_back files. These are a strange set that allows the barrel to nest mostly within the plunger tube, and replace the normal rambase, plunger, and shell/barrel. The shell will require a brass barrel (IIRC 17/32"). I've used it, making the Mkesper even shorter but limiting shell choice to just the single brass one. This was a fairly quick mod I made to Captain Slug's excellent ESPER platform. It replaces most of the front parts and substantial hardware with a new coupler, bandstretcher, and (experimental) rambase. In addition to modified standard ESPER hardware, you'll want to cut two of the rods to ~208mm / 8-1/8" and one to ~250mm / 9-7/8"; or accept that the rods will stick out the front significantly. You'll also need a gasket to apply to the back of the EMk18 coupler. You'll need to print the following parts from the ESPER listing: * E-pull2 * GripE * Endcap * Your choice of Endloop, Endstrike, or any other End part * Trigger * SearE * PlungerE * EGuard You'll also need whichever barrels you'd like to use from the mk18. Tested with the single barrel, I'm not sure if it'll work well with the triple or if the experimental Rambase will improve the seal. I haven't figured out an easy way to build the break barrel yet, but the part for it is EMk18 BA Frame; it will likely need to be permanently assembled on this version. Assembly is mostly as per the ESPER. The difference is in skipping the whole front assembly and instead inserting the band stretcher into the lower coupler, installing a screw/nut/bolt through the hole, and stretching the bands from the plunger over the band stretcher. The upper threaded rod is not required but may be recommended. This version has been much more stable than the regular mk18, but so far also less powerful. The included rambase may help with that, but I haven't tested it; alternatively, a short piece of ESPER ram may help with the seal as well. Known issue with single barrels is dart over insertion - it will not fire or will fire very anemically if the dart is protruding into the plunger tube.
