Made these parts for a Nerf DragonPower Fireshot mod, MGK-MSL3. Watch the build video here: https://youtu.be/3py-mhcekac

Not much hardware needed for the parts. About 160mm of 10/32 threaded rod and nuts, 50mm of 17/32 brass and 9/16 brass. The rod and nuts are used for the plunger. The brass is for the barrel and muzzle. The 9/16 brass should fit into the front of the muzzle (flat end) and slide all the way to the base (slanted end). There should be a groove at the base of the muzzle where you can put a dab of your adhesive of choice to secure the 9/16 brass. I used Gorilla Glue and let it cure overnight. The 17/32 brass should fit nice and tightly into the stock barrel.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

Variable based on part

Filament: Gizmo Dorks PLA Copper

Notes:

Use your best judgement for infill and supports. I usually print at 30% with 5 walls. I think I did 90% with the tac rail. 100% for the plunger parts. I also used MatterHackers Translucent Green PETG for the priming bar.

Category: Other
