I whipped up a quick prototype using Tinkercad's tools. Since I didn't account for tolerances, you'll need to warm up the threads on the body so the tip can thread in smoothly. Don't worry about some minor bulging; Nerf barrels are bigger in diameter and it should still shoot just fine.
